This plane is the updated version of https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3342522418 . This version now can go full speed ahead (1730 m/s) at the operating altitude of 20km ASL on kerbin without anything burning up before the liquid fuel runs out.

HMEPv1 Stands for "Heat Management Enhancement Package version 1 by the way."

Handles and works just as the original craft.
