Description
This mod enhances Victoria 3's performance by reducing culture complexity, speeding up assimilation, and optimizing population mechanics for a smoother gameplay experience.

Compatibility:1.9.5

Mod Features:
  1. Drastically Reduced Cultures: Over 80% of cultures have been merged or reduced for improved game performance without affecting game balance. For example:

    Danish, Swedish, Icelandic, and Norwegian cultures merged into "Scandinavia."
    Mexican, North Andes, and South Andes cultures merged into "Spanish American."
    African cultures combined into four regions: West, East, Central, and South.
    Native American cultures combined into three regions: North, Central, and Southern.

  2. New Homelands Mechanic: Automatically assigns homelands to states where your primary culture makes up a significant population but doesn't already have a homeland (e.g., states in Siberia or North America).

    The state must:
    Not be a split state or colonized.
    Have at least 100,000 pops.
    Have at least 40% of your primary culture.

    This process is done monthly and is compatible with most mods, including those related to assimilation.

  3. Enhanced POP Consolidation: POP consolidation now occurs at higher population thresholds (100-300, 300-500, 500-1000), reducing the number of small POPs and improving game performance by 10-20%.

  4. Immediate Assimilation and Conversion: All POPs instantly change to primary culture and state religion, which drastically reduces assimilation lag. This affects game balance, so use with caution.

  5. Performance Stability: Improved CPU usage and optimized performance allow smoother gameplay up to 1936, with fewer crashes and better multiplayer connection quality.

  6. Multiplayer Compatibility: This mod is compatible with multiplayer and improves connection stability for a better online experience.

  7. CPU Optimization: Designed to ensure the game runs smoother, even in late-game scenarios with high population counts.

2 issues:

Manchu pops rarely become obsessed with opium so opium wars dont trigger.

Playing as an African nation you should be able to colonize due to homelands, but the pops assigned to african nations dont match the ones assigned to uncolonized states.

This issue should be resolved with latest updates.

This has some flaws. For one Lithuanian is classified as North German and Czech as South German which causes it the Germany to be required 27 provinces to be able to form, which AI Prussia can never figure it out, so germany never forms. These cultures should be instead classified as west/east slavs so it doesn't clash with forming of germany.
