No Legitimacy Debuffs

Description
Tired of legitimacy negatives and not really interested in the mechanic, I made this mod to remove the debuffs.

In principal, it only changes the 00_legitimacy file, removing all negative modifiers as well as opinion modifiers that arise from legitimacy.

Should something, for whatever reason, not work, please tell me. I'm a pretty ass programmer, so if this ♥♥♥♥ doesn't work then I'll try (no promises) to fix it.

If you want me to change something, feel free to suggest. Just nothing big or without the scope.

Not sure what you're getting at, sorry. That I'm bad at the game? I mean, sure, probably. I don't play it to win, I play it to have fun. I like the roleplay. Mechanics take a backseat position for me if they aren't conducive to that.
In the case of the mod I made, I found it during my playtime hard and cumbersome to keep legitimacy high. Based on that, rather than suffering constant debuffs, I figured the positive modifiers could always be a fun incentive to raise it when needed, though I also don't recall them themselves having been all that useful.
I'm not sure exactly why you're here, but if you're looking for a version that removes the buffs and debuffs both, feel free to take the mod and edit the code as you see fit, uploading if you wish. That wouldn't bother me.

I have a suspicion you might be interested in the mechanic if you're keeping the upsides and you just dont want to deal with already non-existent consequences of your actions :P
