Fire Attacks: Bombard Patch

Description

This patch makes it so the Bombard uses the Fire Attacks mechanic. Some Scaling has been changed/removed due to increase teambuilding balance.

Place this mod above Bombard. Order for the fire core doesn't matter.

This patch does the following things...
- Breeching charge is now replaced with Molotov Throw. Which increases fire attack damage and is a fire attack.

I think it would be better if he could use molotoz from ranks 234. We need more rank 4 Fire.

I feel as though the armor piercing bomb is too good for me to give up and use this patch for, but it's cool nonetheless
I think the concussive grenade (the one that debuffs the entire enemy party) would have been a better skill to make fire based, as it shares design space with the other flash grenade in Bombard's kit
but perhaps that'd be giving bombard too much versatility.
