This mod adds Victor as ally character in Outskirts and early Commercial, where Hank would otherwise be alone, with Wank taking his usual co-op spot in Industrial and Residential because continuity calls for it. Since, as everybody knows, continuity is very important and vital to the co-op experience.
This isn't really all that big, and it was mainly made as practice to learn the extreme basics of modcards.
