Increased Odds

Description
Increases the odds of you finding undiscovered or modded cards. Use Mod Config Manager to adjust what gets their odds increased and by how much. Strength determines the odds with 0 leaving the odds unchanged and 100 guaranteeing you see undiscovered/modded cards until you have seen them all.

@Enderkitty Great idea! I just sent out an update that adds that functionality. Not Golden and Not Chiseled have been added as options in the config menu.

This mod has been amazing for me. Could you add an option that makes cards you have discovered but haven't mastered (chiseled and gold borders) appear more often? I am coping I'll be able to gold border every card
