Simple effects to the meds in the game

Pain Killers are great but whether you have many mods installed to change health and injuries
or you play vanilla, this simple LUA mod (my first of project zomboid)
will give base painkillers a few simple effects to simulate real life more closely

First a small healing factor, as the mod name suggests painkillers will now grant a small healing bonus

also the amount of time and how quickly they take effect will also be longer and quicker

However after some simple research into how pain killers affect the normal person I've added the following
negative effects

Dizziness, Nausea, Thirst and Panic Reduction
(Again very simple LUA mod and I am learning as I go)

Dizziness
-Meant to be simulated as Cold/Flu effect
starts off subtle and works as illness from over indulgence of Painkillers

Nausea
-Meant to be simulated as Food Poisoning
Shouldn't be too intense takes affect after 2-3 rapid doses
*DONT TAKE TOO MANY

Thirst
-Meant to simulate dry mouth
Small with low doses higher with large doses

Panic Reduction
-Meant to be simulated as the calming effect of painkillers
Real life OTC painkillers often help with anxiety
