Mandate of Heaven - China Flavour Pack

The ancient gate of the empire beside the Yellow River and the Yangtze has been quietly opened by the West in this romantic age. Will it resist the invaders, remain independent, or be swallowed by foreign powers? Or will it abandon tradition and embrace the new age?

90+ new historical or non-historical events.
150+ new characters.
20+ new historical or non-historical journal entries.
Minor changes to interest groups

Overhauled some vanilla journal entries.

Q: How to trigger Wuxu Reform?
A: You need to have the following conditions:
Empty agitator slots >= 1
Has law: Monarchy
Has law: Autocracy
Country: CHI
Game date > 1878.1.1
Game date < 1928.1.1
Never triggered Wuxu Reform before

Q: How to adopt the Blue Sky White Sun flag?
A: You should fail the Revolutionaries JE, this will split China into warlords. Then use any warlord and unite China.

Q: Why not compatible with x?
A: Working with other mods is a lot of work, I want to focus on the content of this mod first. If you want to make a compatch, please contact me.

Failing the Revolutionaries JE didn't trigger the Warlord Era JE. Not sure why.

I see others are also having trouble with the plague, I think a good compromise is to have it time out historically since no epidemic will last forever, but offer a bonus to those who can somehow get the requirements.

Maybe have the requirements lowered but that's your decision.
