A quick fix of Xman7373's original Title Manager mod to make it compatible with the 1.13 update.

I haven't played much of the new update so I don't know if this fundamentally breaks the game balance of any new mechanics or whatever, but the mod should effectively function as it did before.

I've just tested it now with 1.16.2 and it seems to work completely as intended. I haven't run into any of the issues mentioned in those comments, so I don't really know what to try and fix.

I have, however, not tested it with 1.17.x, but I'm not touching that version anyway until Paradox gets more fixes in. So just for now, all my mods are not guaranteed to work with 1.17.x, and I will return to check and update everything when it's more stable.

I rly want to start playing with Title Manager but based on the comments on the original, update 1.16.2 broke it and the creator abandoned it. Would you maybe be able to do a hotfix until he comes back like you did here?

This is an old hotfix of the actual mod, so these questions are better directed towards the original creator on their mod page. Link is in the description.

As for your question, you can't create entirely new duchies with this mod, but you can reassign counties to different duchy titles and rename the duchies as needed.

It's the itself. You don't need the original. The mod is already made up of very few files, so a fixed version basically just has to be a copy.
