Rivulets Outer Expanse

Description
Makes Outer Expanse accessible for Rivulet! Can you find your way in?

Worldstate and general changes:
- deadly rain
- overall darker
- a new scav toll
- new scav trading room
- Sunken Pier is no more
- slowed down threat theme
- new ending (two variants)


Updates:
- added compabilities
- improved select screen art

- added some fixes by VerdeBlue
- fixed the way rooms were disconnected

Bugs:
- the big pipe where you can jump as Survivor, Gourmand etc. is not working as its supposed to for some reason, so i made new connection in the right top corner (if anyone knows what to do with it, my discord is ValiThe)

!!! ITS MY FIRST MOD LIKE THIS SO IT MIGHT NOT BE PERFECT, MIGHT ADD MORE STUFF IN THE FUTURE!!!

Enterance:
There is a new pipe connection for Rivulet in SU_A23 (room close to where you spawn as Survivor)

Ohhh im pretty sure it could be either one of these or both, i wonder what would happen if you put riv oe on top of the mod list in the remix menu

Also ye this mod havent been updated for a while but theres nothing to change in the room connections, as far as i know

oh the outskirts remake, as well as saint's outer expanse, so either of those could cause issues

it could also be the fact that this mod hasn't been updated for a while

do you use any other mods that could change some outskirts rooms?

room in SU_A23's main modded connection doesnt lead anywhere, saying the connection node is missing, and the connection to SU_A22's is replaced with the modded connection. attempting to enter SU_A23 from SU_A22's connection results in scug not spawning in the room as intended, requiring dev console to respawn. after a couple rooms, game freezes and i have to use dev console again to exit to title screen. there's also severe lag in the game when the mod is enabled

@AviY2K Can you tell any specific example how is it bugged, maybe give some examples of rooms (you can tell in which room you are with devtools)
