As everyone who has ever played Hard Time III knows, the characters tend to be yapping all the time. This mod lets you configure the frequency of dialogues.
You can set the overall chance of talking, and the chance of getting mission dialogues. Note that the overall chance also affects the chance of getting mission dialogues, so if you set the overall chance to 0, you won't get any mission dialogues either.
Some dialogues are hardcoded and can't be disabled, like the ones that happen when you become a prisoner, get arrested, start a conversation with someone, etc.
