Sunset of Warring States & Rise of Great Go Houses - Story one

Description
The Last Day of Oda Nobunaga (the Attack of Honnoji)

June 21, 1584. Lord Oda Nobunaga, the most powerful warlord of the Japanese Warring States period of his time, was about to unify Japan. On his way to reinforce his troop for one last big conquest of the Mori clan, Lord Oda stopped at the Honnoji temple for a brief recess, and enjoyed a game between two great Go masters of his time - Monk Nikkai and Kashio Rigen.

Credit : All the head icons come from drawing in the the 17th to 19th century Edo period Japan, depict either the historical event and the characters involved (except Rigen, there is no surviving drawing of him, I have to use a drawing of Maeda_Toshiie). Author's of these drawing had past away for more than 100 years and their works are in public doman. And the story told here is a possible turn of event rendered from historical records or legends from this period. There are few surviving game records from this period, and I have to borrow a modern game record between 李喆 and 古力 in 2011-09-04 to demonstrate the concept of triple ko, while the tsumego-like like position is my own creation.
