Old Cosmic Storms Planet Size

The old size may not be really balanced, but the new planet size doesn't feel really special for such unique planets

Revert to the original size for the planet added in the Cosmic Storm update
It only changes the size of the planets, it remains up to date with the latest spawn changes ( Unique planets from Cosmic Storms can no longer spawn in the starting cluster of an empire )



Planet size changes :


This mod only adds a new system_initializer.txt that overwrite the metal_planet_system_initializer, previously_terraformed_planet_system_initializer, collided_planet_system_initializer and wooden_planet_system_initializer
This mod is compatible with everything that does not touch to those 4 systems.
