I increased the damage to 34, so you can kill people in three shots, and increased the delay between shots
Now it should be able to keep up next to traitor weapons with a lower time to kill

Tip: While the Smart Pistol can easily correct your missed shots left or right, it only has a small margin of error when aiming abover or under the target
