Description
Allow bots to complete Lockdown DLC.

Notes:
Bots can get stuck in a loop hanging from the pipes that lead to map 3 saferoom
Bots will choose to do the bright version of map 4
Bots may have issues opening the door to map 4 end saferoom
You should set handle_l4d1_survivors = 1 or the L4D1 survivors will teleport to you when you use the "bots warp" command
