Add a taming artifact into the game, allowing to instantly tame any animal. Updated to 1.6

- Add a taming artifact into the game, allowing to instantly tame any animal.
- Can tame wild man.
- Can be purchased, or you can find it as a special reward.

- Warning! This can injure the target!
- The process can fail, either doing nothing or setting the target bersek (fifty fifty)

Idea for another artifact: Domesticator, sets wildness of a target creature to 0, overriding natural wildness
