Description
Added preset revolts, flags, and unique colonial colors. Colonies start puppeted.

3/19/2025
-Fixed flags of Qatar, Bahrain, and Malta, will correct more colonial flags soon.
-Fixed Danzig not starting as a Polish puppetstate

3/21/2025
- French now start with Algeria, Algeria now a preset revolt.
- Added multiple releasables for Europe. More to come very rapidly.

- South American and Arabian tribes broken up.
