Description
Now, through a decision, you can turn your country into a land ruled by mercenaries. It will and cost you some, but will provide with cool buffs in intelligence and ground military.
Additionally you can rename your country to a " Mercenary state ".
WARNING: COSMETIC TAG CAN'T BE REVERSED, APPLY A NEW COSMETIC TAG OVER IT IF YOU WANT TO.
