PORT: Golden Scout Reskin

Description
It's the fourth hello now...

Another another simple port from a gamebanana mod done by Xviper_12. It's shiny!... definitely...

This replaces the default Steyr Scout texture with a golden handle and a shiny gray scope. This is compatible with different models and different animations (as you can see the CS:GO Alpha Scout on L4D1 Animations).

Sniper's dream weapon

Each hit couses enemies to get mini crits
Headshots do less in critic
5% more ammo compacity
10% faster charge
-%35 damage

@《Happi Doggo》I agree. Some of these CS:S skin are kinda nice. There's not much of them in the workshop, so it's better than nothing.
