Adds vanity sets of Guilty Gear characters!

v1.1 - Potemkin + Baiken
+ Potemkin
+ Baiken
+ A few fixes

Curently adds:

Ramlethal Valentine
Elphelt Valentine
Jack-O' Valentine
Potemkin
Baiken

Right now all pieces can be crafted at a loom for 5 silk each, but I may make them drops from bosses or something later.
Let me know of any bugs or suggestions for characters/other features to add!
(sidenote: appologies for slow updates, college sucks and this is my first mod with little c# experience, so i have NO clue what im doing xd. as i work more on it tho, the process will get a lot smoother. thanks :steamhappy:)
