This is an APC or Armored Personel Carrier. Based off a picture in my head, this APC is not at all historically accurate to the M113 APC. But it still looks cool.

I tried to make it designed so that it can be dropped from a helicopter or high place and keep driving like some APCs are desighned to do today.

It also has water capablity. Driving is controlled by left front seat with Camera controlls being LShift (center) Z (Left Wheel) X (Right Wheel) with E detaching the ballons.

Right front seat has gun controlls with LShift having the camera, Space being the minigun, right clcik being the cannon, and WASD controlling rotation and pitch with W being up and S being down.

In real life, they use a smart parichute system to guide the vehicles to the ground where they want them to go. We have balloons.
