Number 5. Town NPCs fixed. No Gore Yet, That Will be Later....

Number 6. All evil biome enemies are now horses. This does not include bosses. That is a seperate mod. As pointed out by miserryterraria, the horses now have a hue depending on the evil biome they belong to. ...

Number 7. UI fixed. There are still a few subfolders I have yet to fix....
