PKC All-Age Patch

Description
This patch removes the equipment restrictions from "Ponpeco Kids' Clothes".
It allows adults to equip accessories originally designed exclusively for children, such as stuffed animals and hats.

The hairstyle in the third image comes from my mod Ponpeco Hair:

It's designed to match the face shapes from NALS Facial Animation, so some of the styles might not fit perfectly with vanilla faces.
(But I tried to pick ones for the screenshot that still look good with vanilla too!)

The "PKC Hero(?) Cape" can now be worn by adults as well.
Textures for five adult body shapes have been prepared.
The required materials and defensive performance of the "PKC Hero(?) Cape" have been set to half the values ​​of those for the child's parka.
In other words, it is very, very weak as armor for adults.

I was concerned that allowing adults to equip plush toys might detract from the game's serious atmosphere, which is why I hesitated initially.
