Automated Chat Reactor Alerts

A circuit box that automatically generates reactor fuel level alerts and prints them to chat, fully customisable and explained AT LENGTH. There's a secondary circuit that allows you to declare the amount of rods inside of the reactor via chat, as well as a tertiary circuit that allows you to use chat to check the fuel level of your reactor.
