Crisis Among Us - 3.13 Version

Description
An updated version of Crisis Among Us by Lazy_NooBuddy for 3.13.*

Features added compared to the original mod:
- Crisis Ships and Casus Belli's are now locked behind a 'drop the facade' edict, letting you reveal your true intentions early instead of gating them to completing the Stage 4 Crisis Special Project.
- Changed the reveal event to only fire if the owner is an AI, allowing multiplayer sessions to remain sus
- Fixed issues arising from the implementation of Cosmogenesis with Machine Age

I'll try to keep this updated, I use this mod frequently enough in MP games to do so.

@Dunno It's not achievement compatible. The only mods that are achievement compatible are purely graphical ones. Anything that has any, even the tiniest effect on gameplay will break achievements.

@Dunno if a mod touches gameplay at all, assume it's not ironman compatible.

Found a small oversight, you can check Pre-FTL Empires for being Crisis Empires, I Don't think Pre-Industrial Glorps can in fact become the crisis!

It looks like enabling this mod also makes Menacing Destroyers and Cruisers available from game start, regardless of civics or ethics. This seems unintentional, and I'm not sure if the AI will build them, but players certainly can.
