Sandbags are from the Malden DLC. The trench itself is called "Earthen Rampart" and is part of the @Cup_Terrains_Core mod.

In the editor, select the single-unit tab (as opposed to "groups"), then on the far right click the yellow objects tab and search for the terms above.
