Concealed Carry Holster and Belt

Description
A concealed holster and a concealed belt with two pouch slots.

WARNING:
- After equipping the concealed holster, your pistol might float. Leaving the character editor or selecting your pistol again fixes it.
- Adding a suppressor might make it clip through the character.

Haven't found a way around those two issues yet.

No, it doesn't affect AI detecting you, only hides the weapon
