GTA 3 Feedback SFX

replaces some of the in-game UI/feedback sounds such as weapon upgrade sound, instructor hint sound, those little "reward" sounds and the gas can/survival sounds with some of the UI/frontend sounds from Grand Theft Auto 3/III.

currently replaces:

• player/orch_hit_csharp_short.wav
  
• ui/beepclear.wav
  
• ui/bigreward.wav
  
• ui/littlereward.wav
  
• ui/survival_medal.wav
  
• ui/survival_playerrec.wav
  
• ui/survival_teamrec.wav

the littlereward sound is kinda eehhhh, whatever, couldn't really find any other suitable sound.
i didn't replace the item pickup sound because that's already been done. it's listed in the required items for convenience.

i might change some existing sounds around or even replace other sounds in the future. not sure.
