Controls:
WASD: Driving/Steering
3: Hold to start engine
H: Headlights

I would suggest turning Collisions off as well.
Use the 0 tool, hold Q, and click world settings to get to the needed menu.

I may have downloaded it and tweak a bit: moved engine, added 2-speed gearbox, dashboard..
Oh and detached arms to the levers!
