This mod gives AI in India and non-north Africa modifiers that makes them expand very slowly (one province at a time). It also prevents them from deving into oblivion from thier small size.

Naturally you only get this modifier if you have Indian or African tech gropus, so you can colonize them without death wars.

I am very tired of big blobs in India and Africa.
