Set the upper limit of proficiency for various professions of barbarians uniformly to 120 or above
For example, the proficiency level of logging, mining, collection, and planting in manual labor must be 120, and other proficiency levels are defaulted

설명
야만인의 각 직업별 숙련도 상한을 120 이상으로 설정
- 벌목, 채광, 채집, 농사 등의 수작업 숙련도는 반드시 120
- 그 외 숙련도는 기본값 유지

주의 사항
- 이 모드는 더 이상 업데이트되지 않음
- 신규 부족원(야만인)에게만 적용되며, 기존 캐릭터에는 적용되지 않을 수 있음
- 모드 삭제 후에도 숙련도 120 이상이 유지될 수 있음 → 해결하려면 새 게임 시작 필수
- 병영(훈련소)에서 렉이 발생할 수 있음
- 서버에서 정상 작동 여부 불확실
- 기능에 문제가 발생할 경우, "탈태환골단 Proficiency Max120" 모드를 사용할 것을 권장
