[WotC] Tier 3 Melees apply Stun

Description
Fusion Blades, Fusion Axe(s) & Advanced Blade(s) now make enemies very eepy in addition to setting them aflame. For context, the Tier 2 Melees stun enemies but not the Tier 3 ones

Stun chance is 100% (Up from 25% for the Tier 2 Melees) and Stun duration is 2 actions for both Blades and the Axe

Compatibility
[WotC] Swap Stun and Burn Melee - Incompatible It'll override this mod according to its description

WotC: Fusion Ripjack Applies Stun - Compatible Not necessary but highly recommended

Swapped version didn't require TLP. Why does this one?

Wasn't there a possibility when a unit was stunned it would be stunned for more then 2 turns? Does this mod make it so its only 2 turns no matter what? Cause I see in the game files I can switch how long they are stunned but I want it to be more probability based then just a set amount of time.
