I was looking for an SV for planets and I found it. It's excellent. Over time I modified it to carry 4 Vulcan Cannon Heavy at Core 17. I broke up the look a bit with the two new machine guns, but the result is better than expected. Having armor penetration you only need to know where the shield is to burst it. Enemy cannons last a breeze with the 4 machine guns. I have it with 2 quick shield recharges and I could still put 2 more with the leftover CPU, but for now it stays that way.
