[B42/41] Remove Hair Change Restrictions

Description

Compatible with both Version 42 and Version 41

This mod removes several hair change restrictions after character creation.

1. Removes hair length restrictions
(Allows changing from short hair to long hair)

2. Changes “Tie Hair” → “Hair Name + Trim Hair”

3. Removes hair restrictions after character creation
(Allows changing to any hairstyle from hair mods after character creation)

4. Removes “Let Hair Down” option
(When you tie your hair and click “Change Hairstyle,” the hair list will appear instead of just letting hair down)

5. Adds hair preview feature

Hair gel, razors, and scissors are still required.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6. Adds hair dye feature

Press H and click the color icon next to the change button to modify hair color.

In the sandbox options, you can choose whether to use the vanilla color palette.

If checked, the same palette from character creation will be shown.

If unchecked, a window to directly adjust RGB values will be displayed.

Changes made via the palette or RGB sliders are saved instantly.
Clicking the Reset button in the RGB input window will restore the color to what it was when the window was first opened.

The RGB input window will close automatically when clicking outside the window.

Yeah, Im doing a community challenge which doesnt allow the use of sandbox mod nor does it allow using debug for frivolous purposes. Whenever you load debug it changes things in the game even if no settings are changed, and adding/removing mods like sandbox options is also not ideal. I guess I should have specified if you dont want to use debug nor another mod, this is a way to permanently enable RGB in all saves that have this mod enabled.

@Big Iron

In Build 42, changes made in the Sandbox Options menu in Debug Mode do not apply in real-time.
You must return to the main menu for the changes to take effect.

This also applies to the mod that calls the Debug Mode Sandbox Options menu:
[B42] Sandbox Options

To make changes apply immediately after editing sandbox settings,
either return to the main menu, or use this mod:

If adding to an existing save and you want the RGB sliders, go into E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\3323320610\mods\Remove Hair Change Restrictions\42.0\media\sandboxoptions.txt and change type = boolean, default = true to false.

The "Lifestyles: Hobbies" mod makes it impossible to change my hairstyle to modded ones due to the cosmetic interface it adds. Thanks to your mod now I am able to style my hair however I want to! You have no idea how much this matters to me, and I am really grateful I found this ♥

By the way, is it possible to add some integration with ''Improved Hair Menu'' to have a preview of how the hairstyle will look on the character? I have dozens of hairstyles and will hardly remember how each one looks, so I have to try each single one before settling on the one I really want...

@Biggus Dickus Bro, I'm pretty sure there are clothing mods that prevent the clipping. I don't use VariableSkin, but I DO use Rem skin pack alongside the Peach XL model and the clothes mod to go along with it, I have 0 clipping issues.
