Changes the saferoom loading screen during stage completion to a Lovetaste Chica background.

It's my first and probably the only saferoom loading screen mod I like in the workshop so far💛

I couldn't figure out why I kept getting error with the texture.
I always missed one detail when saving the texture file so it would not work.
All the changes were made before I made it public so nothing to worry about.

But is there some kind of issue for this mod to have received so many updates to attempt fixing?
It seems to work fine for me.
