Description

The main features of this mod are as follows:

Two new NATO and PACT decks with all units from each respective side (65 activation points)

Added hidden units!
Units from Belgium, UK, DDR and Czechoslovakia have been added
(The T-80UK has also been re-added)


Infantry AT changes:
Infantry squads now have as many disposable AT launchers as they have riflemen
Squads that would have fewer than original disposable AT launchers with this system remain unaffected
Dedicated AT (Carl Gustaf, RPG-7 etc.) = +2 Ammo
Dragon or Metis = +2 Ammo
Anti-tank Hunting Squads = +2 Ammo
This doesn't stack, meaning if a squad is both a tank hunter and use dedicated AT, they still only get +2 ammo


Artillery Rework:
All artillery supply consumption has been doubled
Small calibers = 15 sec aimtime
Medium calibers = 20 sec aimtime
Large calibers = 25 sec aimtime


Tank Availability:
Standardized across the board via point price, CMDs left out
(Price = Availability per card)
300+ = 1 (Elite)
280-295 = 2 (Veteran)
260-275 = 3 (Trained)
240-255 = 4
220-235 = 5
200-215 = 6
180-195 = 7
160-175 = 8
140-155 = 9
120-135 = 10
100-115 = 11
>100 = 12


The following AA units can enter buildings:
FASTA-4
ZU-23-2 (+Desant, FLAK)
FLA-MG ZPU-4
Javelin LML
53T2 20mm (+ Para)
FK20-2 20mm (+ ZWILLINGE)


"Freedom" decks' points look like this:
Logistics: 1 / 1 / 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 3
Infantry: 1 / 1 / 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 / 3 / 4 / 4
Artillery: 3 / 4 / 5 / 5
Tanks: 1 / 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 / 3 / 3
Recon: 1 / 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 2 / 3 / 3
Anti-Air: 1 / 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 / 3
Helicopters: 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 / 3
Aircraft: 1 / 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 / 3


More changes:
Same vet curve for all tanks
Sniper team stealth: 2.5 -> 3.0
AIM-7M Sparrow accuracy: 50% -> 55%
MANPAD team reload: 12 sec -> 10 sec
FOB supply quantity: 16.000 -> 20.000
LARS 2 time between shots in salvo: 1.0 sec -> 0.7 sec
BM-27 Uragan time between shots in salvo: 2.0 sec -> 1.4 sec
TOS-1 Buratino time between shots in salvo: 1.0 sec -> 0.9 sec
BM-21 Grad (ALL) time between shots in salvo: 0.5 sec -> 0.6 sec

The vast majority of outdated WARNO mods will not work, sadly due to how Eugen designs their game. This mod would crash your game if you tried launching it on the current version for example :/

Oh ok. I understand it. for some reason the game is not allowing to used outdated mods. i mean make sense but at the same time some other games still are able to play 5 year old mods

@SVJ I really appreciate the interest, but I've gotten tired of WARNO modding as it requires constant work & tedious updating. I stopped doing it as it started to feel like more of a job than a creative outlet. I hope you can understand :)

How were you able to get AA units into buildings? I tried everything I could think of to get it to work when I was messing with the game files but I couldn't figure it out. Appreciate it if you could share, understandable if you don't want to

Thanks, we are re-doing the mod from the ground up, we have +4000 errors so...
If you want we posted the source code on GitHub link on our servers if you want to take a look.
