você tiver jogando com seus amigos no modo cooperativo use o comando setaccesslevel pra virar admin só assim você vai ter acesso a essa ferramenta no single player a única forma de ter acesso a ela é pelo modo de depuração do jogo

Yes, in theory yes. Do you mean when it stays black because you also removed the floor? In that case, I don't think it would work — it shouldn't let you place anything. If you restart or leave the cell, the ground should respawn, if I'm not mistaken the tiles with the wooden planks respawn automatically. But yes, generally it's safe to build on top of the freshly restored ground
