Occupy Razed Abandoned Settlements fix

Description
Have you noticed that the AI doesn't occupy razed abandoned settlements?

When half the map is burned or destroyed the AI just sits in its existing cities not expanding its borders.

This mod makes the AI a lot more likely to occupy abandoned settlements which makes for a more challenging campaign instead of just steamrolling weak enemies. You will face enemies with more occupied cities than before, giving them more economic power and therefore bigger better armies.

Would be possible if you could make a mod that would make he AI only colonize the ruined settlements in its own and neighboring provinces?

I tried several play through's with this and it's really annoying that the AI travels several provinces over just to colonize a ruined settlement.

I updated the Ai's responsiveness to unclaimed land so that they don't sail across the map to settle new land.

Yes, I fixed it to limit the distance they travel to do that, I am still testing however.

Hey hi -- have you found that any adjustments you make have an effect on the lengths the AI goes to settle distant razed lands? I started a Sherden campaign for the first time and am seeing Egyptian factions sailing up far north in the first 10-15 turns to resettle land I raze.

"CAI_TMS_TASK_GENERATOR_ATTACK_REGIONS_NEIGHBOURNIG_OWN_REGIONS_ABANDONED" This is to prioritize the attack on an abandoned region (which is not protected by other enemy forces, we are talking about a region and province owned by the AI)
