A classic from the Alpha times brought forward to the modern era. As I like to do.

Kinda surprised this mod doesn't just piggyback onto the ship chunk landing event, since the game is already dropping ship chunks...

This is pretty old code, from the Alpha days. Looking closer at it, it seems that there is a lightning glow effect, rotation, etc. as you've noted. Not sure why it behaves as it does, to be honest. It seems to do what it's supposed to.

hello,why the slag rotating and flash even pause the game ?

and there is a smaller slag (like a slag on the ground) tex up than the bigger one
