Description
WHI - M4i "Larva"

The M4i is a small Ion miner for space. Based on the slightly smaller M4H Hydrogen miner, it has a similar layout and drill configuration but is reconfigured for the purely energy-based Ion thrusters. Like the M4H it has two Large Cargo Container and one additional Medium Container to store ore, as well as a top and bottom mounted ejector system to dispose of excess stone materials.

While not built for moon operations it 'can' mine on the moon if facing down, otherwise it won't have enough thrust to stay afloat with a full load.

I absolutely love this ship. I started out with welding one of these together when my friend and I reached space, and it's just been such a reliable little ship ever since. I've even made a few more of them and retrofitted them with PAM to use on my mining barge, it's just a joy seeing them zip around.
