After rebuilding the Pirate factory as his own, the next part of Carlos's plan would begin. Getting a few friends to help him, he picked out some colours and made a logo. Carlos's plan was actually to use the ongoing war for profit, selling vehicles to other chirpos in the war. So they then started working on a light fighter plane and building it out of the scraps of the now repurposed factory. This plane would then be known as the Sandstorm.
