Gray Hunting Vest Spawn Fix

Description
This mod fixes an issue with the vanilla game where the Gray Hunting Vest has no allocated loot tables, meaning it never spawns. It now spawns in the same locations as other hunting vests (camping stores, junk crates, hunting lockers, survival gear staches and storage lockers, as well as on Hunter zombies).
