S.S. Aurelia (1890) (Sink-able)

Description
S.S. Aurelia is here! She's a decent bit larger than Lavinia, both in physical size and in gross tonnage, since her interior spaces are (almost) all built in!

She is equipped with 6 boilers, 3 double-ended and 3 single-ended, with a total of eighteen fireboxes. Her twin double-expansion reciprocating steam engines allow her to make a rather respectable speed across the waves, spinning counter-rotating screws on the stern. Her bridge is equipped with a rudder position indicator and a tilt meter, and she has two helms: one in the wheelhouse and one on the docking bridge, both of which can be used to steer the ship.

All buttons are labelled on the helm. She has seven watertight doors separating five watertight compartments (for now. That number needs to go up).

This is a high-maintenance vessel. You must go down to the boiler rooms to start the boilers, and despite carrying over 5,000 coal, each boiler only has access to 27, so visiting the boiler rooms from time to time to increase the amount would be well-advised.

All of the public spaces are fully built in and painted! Along with the vast majority of the cabins, though they aren't yet painted. She also has a hospital and crew spaces.

Watertight doors are controlled either through key buttons on either side of each door, or by pressing 6 on the main helm.

Oh, and press space for fun!

18 February 2025 Minor Update: Added plating around the sides of the hull and benches around the decks. Also furnished a couple saloon-class cabins.

12 March 2025 Major Update: The Aurelia officially has sails!! This was the plan ever since her masts were added, especially with the news of sails being added going around. Use W and S on the helm to furl and unfurl the sails, and press '1' to "spool" them (whatever that means). I should note: she is still VERY much designed to use propellers. Her sails are NOT perfect solutions in any way, but they can move her, very slowly, if she has a tailwind.
