The Merc Caravan usually spawns at ~10 tiles around the starting city. If you do not stumble upon it by round 3 or 4, you should try a different Chapter.

There is a single enemy guarding the Merc Caravan, it shouldn't be a challenge but you can consider bringing the shocking bow to help out since you will be level 0.

1. Meet the prerequisite

Boney Boogey will appear in two locations.

Chapter 1:
You will meet Boney Boogey during the main quest in the swamp. Kill him. He won't join your party.

Chapter 5:
Go to the swamp. Kill the silver snake in the swamp (it requires an armour piercing weapon to be killed). The silver snake drops the key to the Chapter 5 secret room. Take the quest "????" in the swamp city. It will spawn a Level 6 crypt. In this dungeon, move through the rooms and unlock the secret room. Kill Boogey.
