Sexi from NFS World replaces Lobby menu

Description
Sorry for throwing salt on the wounds with this one. Also surprised there's absolutely no tracks from any NFS on this workshop until now.

Replaces Lobby (standby) music with Free Roam 2 (aka Sexi by Mick Gordon) from Need for Speed World.

By the nature of this piece, it's better to loop from literal 0s rather than manually choosing a section. Not familiar with modding this game neither audio editing (I even searched for solutions for the loop, but the music itself plays in a way it will be weirder if I tried.
