Help Sacrificials reach their destination by stopping their friends from pushing them back.

Thanks to user Discord user @kernel_ at DDcord for bringing up Sacrificials and how miserable their teamwork is. In short, they only have one skill they can use, which is just moving forwards, while a lot of their "companions" within the Sprawl also have a theme of moving Forwards, causing him to be pushed back and never be able to use his "special skill" once he reaches Rank 1. This mod aims to keep Sacrificials mostly the same, but prevent other Fanatics from disrupting them.

+ Sacrifial: The Flame Spreads now applies to Self x1 Immobilize after moving Forwards.
+ Sacrifial: Now gains a permanent buff at the start of combat which Removes x1 Immobilize token.

This basically means he is rooted in place when other Fanatics take their turn, and can move freely during his turn.

This mod took WAY longer than expected, not because it was hard to code, but rather because I kept making dumb mistakes and having to find another Sacrifical to see if the changes worked. I'm interested in making other very slight adjustments to things I perceive as over or undertuned without massive changes. If you have any suggestions, tips, or constructive criticism, I am always glad to read them!
