The Rock Hounds Mining shipyards are pleased to announce the release of our Auto-Miner Service & Asteroid Mining Vessel.

Ever wish you could service your Auto-Miners on High G planets with hostile environments without risking life and limb?

Our service crews were constantly complaining about the acid rain and meteor storms pelting them while trying to service our auto-miners, so we looked for a solution. We found inspiration after seeing the new Helios HG-DS (High Gravity Drop Ship) produced by USF and our engineers decided they could modify that design to suit our specific purpose. For defense, the ship comes with flak and gattling turrets to fend off drone attacks and sentry guns to handle any pesky ground critters

This Module docks neatly in our Helios Command Ship, and allows our miner crews to service our auto-miners without leaving the ship. In addition it is equipped with Mining Lasers so that the crews can perform double duty and mine asteroids on their return trip.

This module is a bit taller than the typical Helios Module but since our Helios always remains in space that is not an issue for us.
