Darkest Combat Items

Description
Introduces 4 new powerful combat items with a twist of them consuming a turn.

Each one of them can be found in a specific region:
Tangle - Wild Flower
Sprawl - Forbidden Knowledge
Foetor - Feed
Shroud - Peace Pipe

You can buy them from a hoarder for 32 relics.
