Description
Have you ever thought the Adamantite Sword looked like it could be a railgun? No? Well, I did, and with this mod, it is one.

This mod contains a collection of changes and tweaks I've made to vanilla weapons (mostly Hardmode ones so far). These changes should make some underused weapons more viable and fun to use. Maybe it'll even let some of those pesky hardmode ore swords see some usage.

May not always be balanced.

Major changes to these weapons are described in their tooltips.

Also includes general use speed increases for summon staffs and general velocity increases for bullets.

Changes from this mod can be toggled on and off in this mod's configuration menu.

Disclaimer: Tooltips added from prefixes may display incorrect modifier values for some tweaked weapons (for example, the tooltip might say that the Legendary prefix is giving -4% damage). This is not correct. The damage value is increased by modifiers, it's just displayed incorrectly by the tooltip. The weapon's displayed damage value is correct. Also, this mod has not been tested in Multiplayer. Enjoy!

the right click for the Rainbow Gun is passing through enemies and doing no damage at all it seems!

I had been working on something quite similar for a while but never got around to publishing it. You should try touching up some of the weapons with overlapping mechanics like the Flower of Ice, Fire, and the Cursed Flames tome which all do pretty much the same thing. One of the things I did for them was introducing metaballs into the visuals, where it looked especially nice on the reworked Aqua Scepter I made.

Incredibly based mod, particularly for trying to do something interesting with the hardmode ore weapons, id love to see some changes for the hardmode ore spears too.

I do have ONE issue however, and its that the cobalt sword seems to swing so fast after activating your trance, that it completely breaks the weapon's swing speed, removing the actual physical sword swing (but maintaining the right click ability.) Even after the effect ends the issue still persists (although the knockback and attack speed are left at an extremely low value.)

Besides that, remarkably based mod
