[DEPRECATED] EMD F59PHI

Description
This mod is no longer maintained. It is recommended to use my new US EMD F59PHI mod in its place. It includes additional liveries, as well as adding past operator liveries, and will be maintained and balanced with NIMBY as it progresses through its Early Access.

EMD F59PHI locomotives are 4 axle diesel-electrics build by General Motors Electro-Motive Division between 1994-2001 and are used by various US based transportation agencies. The F59PHR is included as its a refurbished F59PHI, it can be found in the NCDOT livery.
